Lionel Messi's move from Paris Saint-Germain to Inter Miami was one of the biggest sports stories of the summer.
Apple TV+ is offering fans a behind-the-scenes look of how it went down, and how it's going, with a six-part docuseries titled "Messi Meets America."
According to a news release from the streaming platform, the docuseries "takes viewers behind the scenes as the greatest player to ever step on the pitch leads his new team to a Leagues Cup title and beyond."
The series will examine Messi's immersion in America, according to the release, and analyze the impact he is having on soccer in North America as "Messi Mania crisscrosses the continent."
Here's everything you need to know about "Messi Meets America," including the premiere date and the trailer.
