In the Marvel comics, Madame Web is a clairvoyant who can see the future with visions. She often provides guidance to Spider-Man when needed. Her secret identity is Cassandra Webb, a blind, paralyzed and telepathic mutant who finds work as a professional medium.
Madame Web's nemesis Ezekiel Sims (Tahar Rahim) will most likely play the main villain in the upcoming Marvel movie. In Marvel Comics, he is a wealthy and skilled businessman with powers nearly identical to Spider-Man including the ability to stick to surfaces and a spider sense.
